Returns
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.
If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to us.
There are a few reasons an order can be returned to sender but most often it is due to an undeliverable address. Other instances include the package being unclaimed at customs or refused/returned by the customer. We will contact you to determine how you would like to proceed and provide us with an updated address if you wish to have the product reshipped.
For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. But no worries! We'll cover the costs of sending a replacement order for you. We may ask for your help before doing that, like confirming that the shipping address was correct. It would also be good that you get in touch with the shipping carrier to try locating the lost order.
Refunds
If something arrives damaged, send a photo of the damaged goods to [email protected], then we'll gladly send a replacement at no cost to you.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned
item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
