Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 4-24 business days. Shipping times are estimates, not guarantees. Shipping costs differ based on the type and quantity of products in an order. See the final shipping costs during checkout.

Customs, duties, and taxes

Messiahwear is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

Messiahwear is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Returns Policy

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to us. If something arrives damaged, send a photo of the damaged goods to [email protected], then we'll gladly send a replacement at no cost to you. There are a few reasons an order can be returned to sender but most often it is due to an undeliverable address. Other instances include the package being unclaimed at customs or refused/returned by the customer. We will contact you to determine how you would like to proceed and provide us with an updated address if you wish to have the product reshipped. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. But no worries! We'll cover the costs of sending a replacement order for you. We may ask for your help before doing that, like confirming that the shipping address was correct. It would also be good that you get in touch with the shipping carrier to try locating the lost order.
